General Conditions of Sale – Peasize Fitness

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions carried out through the websites and digital platforms managed by Peasize Fitness.
A "client" refers to any individual or legal entity placing an order with Peasize Fitness via our secure online payment system or through any other approved payment method.

Article 1a: Age Requirements

Age restrictions apply:

Peasize Fitness accepts clients 16 years and older for physical or digital products.
For services such as coaching, workshops, and training programs, clients must be 18 years or older.

We actively work to limit access to minors. Even though our content is not harmful, our services require maturity and responsibility.
Any newsletter subscriber under 16 will be removed as soon as this is identified.
Any customer who does not meet the age criteria will be refunded, and the return of purchased items may be requested.

Article 2: Orders

Placing an order on any Peasize Fitness platform signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included, except for shipping and handling fees.
Prices may be updated at any time, but the amount charged will always be the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering, including for pre-order items.
Payments can be made by credit card. Cards from banks outside the EU must be internationally recognized (Visa or Mastercard). American Express is not accepted.

Secure card payments are processed by Stripe, using industry-standard encryption. Stripe is solely responsible for the security of its payment system.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all address details—including postal codes—are accurate.
Responsibility for the products transfers to the client once the package leaves our premises.

In the event of a lost package, we will take all necessary steps to ensure you either receive your order or receive a refund according to our warranty policy.

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you may access and request corrections to your personal information.
